Turning Point Hires Chief Operating Officer, Supporting Sustainable Growth

SEATTLE, WA – Turning Point Strategic Advisors is excited to announce the appointment of Natalie Zier as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over two decades of leadership experience in scaling organizations and driving transformation, Natalie brings invaluable expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational development to her new role.

Natalie’s career spans various industries, including military service in the Air Force, leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, and a decade in professional services. In her most recent post as COO of Fresh Consulting, Natalie helped scale the company from 40 people to 450, successfully overseeing process optimization, developing talent, and ensuring alignment across all levels. Her work product has led to tangible, positive outcomes on a global level.

In her new role at Turning Point, Natalie will manage operations, guide strategic initiatives, and help drive the firm's continued growth while supporting a strong culture of teamwork and the firm’s commitment to our client’s success. Natalie earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland. She holds a Strategic Change Management Certificate from Northwestern University and completed the Emerging COO program at Stanford. Outside of her professional life, Natalie is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Puget Sound. She is also a certified health coach, working one-on-one with women in leadership to help them thrive. Natalie lives in Issaquah, WA, with her husband Jeff. Together, they enjoy hiking, the outdoors, and cheering on Husky football in the fall.
