Powerhouse Recruiter Joins Turning Point’s Executive Search Team

SEATTLE, WA -- Turning Point is thrilled to announce the addition of Julie Jurek to its Executive Search team. With over a decade of experience in recruiting and a passion for helping people find their dream jobs, Julie brings a high level of integrity and dedication to the position.

Turning Point’s CEO, Alan Chaffee, expressed his enthusiasm about Julie joining the team - "Julie’s ability to connect with people and identify top talent will be invaluable to both our recruiting team and our clients. Kristina, our head of executive search, has done a phenomenal job of growing and nurturing this division.  She’s been at the point where we need to expand the team to manage her workload and continue to provide exceptional service to our partners. Julie will have no trouble taking ownership of her role.”

"I have been seeking a more challenging environment, and the opportunity to support a variety of clients all across the county was incredibly appealing to me," said Julie. "After taking some time off to raise my kids, I returned to recruiting in 2021. It’s been an exciting few years, and I’m enthusiastic to step into a growing, entrepreneurial company where I can contribute to our long-term success."

As an Executive Search Specialist, Julie will focus on identifying and recruiting top-tier executive talent for Turning Point’s clients. She will work closely with leadership teams to understand their unique needs, sourcing candidates who not only meet technical qualifications but are also a strong cultural fit for the organization. Julie will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach and screening to final selection, providing Turning Point’s regarded “Elevate Hire” experience for both the client and the candidate.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys traveling and is an avid reader, with a love for everything from historical fiction to reality show memoirs. Julie lives outside of Chicago, IL, staying busy with her husband and two young children.
