Turning Point Expands Data Analytics Division, Hires Senior Analyst

SEATTLE, WA – Turning Point Strategic Advisors is excited to announce the addition of a Senior Analyst to the Data Analytics team. Andrew Addleman brings nearly nine years of experience from Washington Shoe Company, where he held various key roles. His extensive background in Power BI, advanced Excel, and process automation will strongly support Turning Point’s commitment to helping improve our clients’ businesses through innovation.

During his time at Washington Shoe Company, Andrew led reporting efforts for an industry leader in women’s and children’s footwear. He also successfully implemented a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and later a brand new ERP during a difficult operational time with the COVID-19 Pandemic and the resulting turmoil to supply chains.

Andrew’s dedication to improving workplace efficiency and creating impactful solutions made him an ideal fit for this new role. As a certified Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Andrew shows commitment to staying at the forefront of technological and operational advancements. “I love seeing the look on a person’s face when part of their job becomes easier and more efficient. It’s tough for me to resist an opportunity to deliver a creative solution to combat a problem. I look forward to being a partner to Turning Point’s clients and continuing to learn to improve my craft throughout the process,” says Andrew when asked about his decision to join the company.

“The Data Analytics department, led by Nick Howe, has rapidly grown this year. Our goal is to equip business leaders with the tools and technologies they need to access reliable, real-time information for strategic decision-making. Andrew’s innovative spirit, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills will greatly contribute to that mission,” says Alan Chaffee, CEO of Turning Point.

As a Senior Analyst, Andrew will support clients by building and automating financial and operational reports and dashboards using Power BI. He will also contribute to the success of Turning Point’s internal team by leading data analysis and process automation projects.

Outside of his professional career, Andrew supports events and programming at NAMI Eastside, a nonprofit committed to improving the quality of life for those impacted by mental health conditions. He also enjoys running and playing frisbee golf, exploring new breweries and traveling abroad, and spends his quiet time gardening and reading. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Portland State University. He currently lives in Renton, WA with his fiancé.
