Natalie Zier

Chief Operating Officer


As Turning Point’s Chief Operating Officer, Natalie has extensive experience in strategic planning, client operations, organizational development, and sales enablement within high-growth environments. Having spent a decade in business consulting, she has worked with companies of all sizes to optimize their organizations for growth and sustainability. At Turning Point, Natalie oversees the day-to-day operations of the business and leads the company’s strategic planning and growth initiatives across business development, marketing, and client operations.

Natalie’s career spans various industries, including military service in the Air Force, leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, and a decade in professional services. Prior to joining Turning Point, Natalie was the COO of Fresh Consulting, in Bellevue, WA, where she helped the company scale through process optimization, talent development, and ensuring alignment across all levels. 

Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland. She completed the Emerging COO program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds a Strategic Change Management Certificate from Northwestern University. 

Outside of her professional life, Natalie is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Puget Sound, Washington’s largest mentoring organization. Natalie lives in Issaquah, WA, with her husband Jeff. Together, they enjoy the outdoors and cheering on Husky football in the fall.
